SİNOP

Sinop being one of the oldest cities of Anatolia has a background of settlement that goes back to Early Bronze Age.  The first name of the city has been discovered so far is "Sinope". Being located on a strategical geographic area makes it a sea and a trade center for ages therefore carries the footprints, the cultural legacy and the heritages of the civilizations who tried to rule over Black Sea. It was also one of the capital of Pontus Kingdom who tried to combine the culture of Anatolia with Helen and Persian culture on the region.
